Pershing's sporty new 92-foot yacht blends speed and comfort

Pershing's sporty new 92-foot GTX90 Sport Utility Yacht launched July 1 at Fano, Italy, blending Range Rover-level comfort with Italian performance. Ferretti Group's latest GTX flagship hits 35 knots, adds fold-out terraces, and packs a double toy garage into a beam just under 23 feet. The newly launched vessel is at once powerful and comfortable, and it signals how luxury buyers want superyachts that work as hard as they play.

Key Takeaways

Why Is Pershing's New 92-Foot Yacht Like a Range Rover for the Seas?

Cross a Range Rover with an Italian motor yacht, and you get the latest Pershing. The GTX90 delivers power, comfort, and style in a single 92-foot package, with two Seakeeper 18 gyroscopic stabilizers to keep motion smooth at sea.

That balance matters for owners who want weekend cruising without sacrificing the thrill of a performance hull. For more on how high-end buyers are reshaping luxury living on land and water, see our Luxury Real Estate & Dream Homes coverage.

What Design Features Set the GTX90 Apart?

Penned with Vallicelli Design studio, the GTX90 carries Pershing's sporty DNA through a clean, contemporary silhouette. Signature GTX cues include a sharp vertical bow and a slightly convex sheer line.

With a beam of just under 23 feet, the yacht spreads generous living quarters across two decks and a sportbridge. The layout connects indoor and outdoor spaces for an easy flow from salon to sea.

The standout sportbridge covers 355 square feet, offering more than 43 percent additional deck space than the average for yachts this size, according to Pershing. It includes sunbathing areas, a dinette, two large sofas, and a hardtop overhead.

How Much Living Space Does the GTX90 Offer Onboard?

A wide door on the main deck links the raised aft cockpit to an open-plan living area. An eight-seat dining table sits to starboard, a large bar to port, and a C-shaped sofa anchors the salon.

The bow holds a helm station with three pilot chairs and an electrically operated skylight. Side walkways lead forward to a lounge with a sunpad and an electric up-down dinette table.

Below deck, a full-beam owner's suite sits amidship, with a VIP forward and two guest cabins between. All four cabins have en suites, while two double crew cabins and a galley occupy the lower deck.

How Fast Is the Pershing GTX90?

Two MAN V-12 engines, each rated at 2,200 hp, push the GTX90 to a top speed of 35 knots. At a 30-knot cruise, range stretches to 300 nautical miles.

The aft cockpit adds two swing-down side terraces that expand deck space to 398 square feet, with a lounge, panoramic sunpad, and storage for two Seabobs beneath. The GTX90 is also the first sub-100-foot GTX model with a double garage sized for a Williams 395 SportJet tender and a Sea-Doo Spark Trixx jet ski.

In the GTX lineup, the GTX90 slots between the GTX70, GTX80, and flagship GTX116. Full details are in Robb Report's launch coverage.
