In its second-quarter 2026 results, Core Scientific said the AMD partnership has the potential to support up to 2.5 GW of leasable capacity. That is anchored by 15-year agreements for approximately 530 MW across five sites and more than $14 billion of potential base contracted revenue.
The company also said total leased customer power capacity rose to about 1.1 GW, representing more than $24 billion of potential contracted revenue. By mid-July it was billing for 437 MW of capacity, or roughly $635 million in average annualized colocation GAAP revenue.
